    Worst experience of life. Hotel help was aweful and rude. Put us in a smoking hotel room when wife has reactions to smoke. would not reccomend this property to anyone. am a Hilton Gold member and received this treatment when they have have profile in their system.
    5 smiles bed and food
    recently stayed at the Doubletree to attend a meeting there and was impressed with the bed ? they call it the Sweet Dreams bed. It seems like ehotel is putting in new beds in addition this one was comfortable. had a great night?s sleep, which made meeting much more productive. The food served as part of the meeting package was exceptional. I'll return to this property, even when not attending a meeting, because it?s location is so convenient from the airport and to various parts of north Dallas.
